Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been fulfilled. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for orders that have already been prepared or fulfilled.

If you accidentally place a duplicate order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is fulfilled. We will be happy to review the order and assist you when possible.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us through the contact form on our website as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue. Eligible damaged orders may be replaced or refunded at our discretion, or assist with the appropriate next steps, including any applicable carrier claim.
