Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping
Orders that meet the free-shipping minimum displayed at checkout qualify for free standard shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed or redirected. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We take care to package orders securely before shipment. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit delays, loss, or damage may occur outside of our direct control.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly through the contact form on our website and include your order number and photos of the damaged product and shipping packaging. Please keep the product and all original packaging while the issue is being reviewed, as the shipping carrier may require them for a claim.

For packages believed to be lost in transit, please contact us through our website so we can review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps, including filing an applicable carrier claim.

Shipping Delays
The Grateful Kettle is not responsible for carrier delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
